You can create an account for free by visiting shop.freshpreneur.com and clicking the "Create an Account" link in the upper right-hand corner. You don't need an account to browse or shop on Freshpreneur, however, we recommend you create one so that you can checkout faster when you visit our site in the future.
No. You can browse and shop all you want for free! Of course you will have to pay for any purchases and their applicable shipping and tax charges but there is no membership or other associated fees for using our services.
On every product page you will find the name of the Seller under the product name. This is the company selling the product. In the product's details the Seller should also include their policies concerning returns and refunds. You may also find valuable information in the Customer Reviews section concerning the product, Seller, and customer experience. If you have purchased and received the product yourself we would encourage you to add your review.
If a seller is deliberately misleading or falsifying information or refusing to provide purchased product or service please report this to Freshpreneur. You can do this by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and using "Report Seller" in the subject line of the email. We want you to have the best experience while shopping on our site.
If shipment of your product is taking longer than expected please first check that your shipping address is correct in your confirmation email. Next verify the estimated ship dates if available. You should also try to contact the Seller. If a resolution still is not reached and it has been more than 30 days since time of purchase you should report the Seller to us. You can do this by emailing us at email@example.com and using "Report Seller" in the subject line of the email. However, it is always best to work things out with the Seller first.
